All orders placed through my online shop are carefully prepared and shipped using tracked postal services.
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
All orders are shipped from Italy. For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable charges may need to be paid directly to the customs authorities, the shipping carrier, or upon delivery, depending on the local regulations and procedures.

Orders within Italy are shipped via Poste Italiane with tracked registered mail (Raccomandata).
Each shipment includes a tracking number, which I will provide once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Italy costs €7.75.

Orders within Europe are shipped via Posteminibox Exprès (Poste Italiane), a tracked international service that allows you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process.
Each shipment includes a tracking number, which I will provide once your order has been dispatched.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Switzerland
European shipping costs between €11.35 and €11.80, depending on the destination country.
